CapitalField Car booking(Web)

The goal was to create a seamless interface where authorized staff could easily book company rides for official use, view vehicle availability, and receive prompt support.
Year :
2025
Industry :
Finance
Client :
CapitalField
Project Duration :
4 weeks

Problem Statement :
The company needed a centralized way to analyze and track all booking activities, driver performance, vehicle utilization, and maintenance records. Without a structured reporting system, management struggled to identify trends, monitor revenue flow, evaluate driver productivity, and make data-driven decisions for business growth.

Challenges :
Data Fragmentation – Information was scattered across bookings, drivers, vehicles, making it difficult to get a unified view.
Lack of Visualization – Raw data tables were overwhelming; management could not easily interpret trends.
Inefficient Monitoring – Tracking revenue growth, driver efficiency, or vehicle availability was time-consuming without automation.
Poor Decision-Making Support – Without clear reports, planning for resource allocation, vehicle maintenance, or driver scheduling was guesswork.
Scalability Issues – As the company grew, manually compiling and reviewing reports became unsustainable.

Daily, weekly, and monthly booking trends
Status breakdown (completed, pending, cancelled)
Destination/route analysis

Summary :
The Reports Page transforms raw operational data into actionable insights by combining tables and charts. It enables management to monitor performance, spot inefficiencies, and make informed decisions at a glance. With booking trends, driver productivity, vehicle utilization, and maintenance records all visualized in one place, the platform provides a holistic overview that supports scalability, and smoother operations.
